Lion Narendra Bhandari born on 15th October 1958, was introduced to Lionism through the Leo movement in 1976. An active member of Lions Club of Poona Kirkee since 1980 and an efficient President of the year 1990-91.

With his strong will and zeal, served on various posts at District Level and excelled as District Governor (1998-99). He is a dedicated, consistent performer. The members of MD 323 know & esteem him for his mature & No-Nonsense Image, his precise and brilliant & subtle intellect, his patient dignity & courage. He has served the Multiple District 323 in various capacities as Multiple Council Chairperson (99-2000), Grant Administrator MD 323 Core 4 Grant, Chairperson Sight First (2000-2001), Chairperson Multiple Awards & Coordinator PDG Consultative Assembly (04-2005), Multiple Chairperson Leadership Development (05-2008), Multiple Chairperson Orientation (2008-2009).

He is a popular trainer and facilitator. He has conducted numerous workshops for Club
Officers in Sub-Districts of MD 323. Being a balanced speaker, effective orator & patient listener, he has been invited as faculty for schools/workshops of Cabinet Officers and
has won admiration all round. He was a faculty at Regional Faculty Development
Institute, Area Forum, Senior Leadership Institute and also at DG/VDG Schooling.

He is an outstanding event organizer, a selfless & humble mentor who supports
upcoming talent & promotes subordinates/colleagues. He has served on various
committees at District Conferences, District Functions, Multiple Conventions & other
Multiple events. He was a Coordinator for Regional Leadership Institutes, MERL
Chairpersons Workshops of MD 323, Cabinet Secretaries/Cabinet Treasurers, Cabinet
Officers Training Programs of MD 323.

Being methodical and analytical, he never compromised on qualities. All the posts he
served with devotion to work & loyalty to the organization.

He has traveled widely, nationally & internationally, which has broaden his vision, skills,
ability of dealing with Lionistic matters & challenges more successfully.

In recognition of his meritorious service to the Association, he has Received numerous

Narendra is a Corporate Trainer and deals in Iron & Steel, Plywood, Doors & Real Estate .
He is a dynamic businessman having number of partnership concerns. He is associated
with many Social, Cultural & Educational Institutions like Poona Iron & Steel Merchants Association, Poona Jaycees, Rajiv Gandhi Social Cultural & Sports Foundation, Shri Jain
Shwetamber Dadawadi Temple Trust, Jain Social Group Pune Main, Camp Education
Society, Royal Cannought Boat Club, Punjabi Cultural Association, Poona Hospital& Research Foundation.

He is happily married to lion Lady Ranjana. No less has been the contribution of Mrs.
Ranjana to his success. The couple is blessed with two sons Piyush & Ketan and a
daughter Chaitali , all married & well settled in Business. The couple has three granddaughters
Nishka, Naisha & Dhyana

Krishna Reddy was born in a family of agriculturalists in Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh, India. As a child he was passionate to be different and do something new, which saw him graduate as an Engineer. His desire to contribute his creative talents in building a vibrant society took him to the teaching profession and from there to the Defense Research & Development Organization as a
scientist.

He found his niche in infrastructure development where his creative talents and undisputed leadership skills helped him create one of the leading property development firms in Bangalore, India known as VARS Builders Pvt. Ltd of which he is the Chairman & Managing Director. Fuelled with the desire to serve the underprivileged he joined the Lions fold in 1995. His commitment and leadership qualities contributed to his meteoric rise in Lionism, to be elected as the First Governor of District 324 D6 in 2006-07 and later in 2007-2008 as the Council Chairman of MD 324,
then the largest Multiple District in the world.

A person known for his munificence, he attributes his high energy to his giving nature, which helps him travel a lot all over India and abroad. Networking with UK and the Bangalore Speech & Hearing Trust as its trustee, he was able to reach out to nearly 1500 hearing impaired by organizing hearing aids from there.
He played a key role in strengthening his home club Lions Club of Bangalore East and his untiring efforts saw to it that his Home Club could become the first Model Club in the world by contributing
US$ 107000/- to LCIF.

As District Governor :- Extended 14 New Lions Clubs & 6 Leo Clubs With a Net Growth of 606 Members District 324 D6 stood No 1 in the Multiple, No2 in the country and No4 in the entire world in Membership Growth.
Motivated the lions to Contribute 140,000 US Dollars to Campaign Sight First II by enrolling 140
MJfs and PMJFs. Motivated and supported 4 Lions Clubs to become Model Clubs. As Multiple Council Chairman :- Motivated the District Governors, District and Club level Leaders to achieve a record net growth of 10,288 members, highest ever in MD324 for last 35 Years. MD324 has become No 1 Multiple in the world in Net Membership Growth. A record number of 325 Lions Clubs have been started in the Multiple during that year.

Recognitions and Awards :- He is the recipient of Seven International President’s Appreciation Certificates consecutively and Three Club Extension Awards. He has received Excellence Award from Past International President Lion Jimmy Ross, Presidential Medal from Past International President Lion Mahendra Amarasuriya and Founders Membership Growth Award from Immediate Past International President Lion Al Brandel. The feather in his cap is the title conferred by the Past International President, Lion Ashok Mehta, the highest award given by the Lions Clubs International ‘The Ambassador of Good Will Award’ at 89th
International Convention, held at Boston USA.

Lead Gift Donor :- He has personally contributed 100,000 US Dollars to Campaign Sight First II, Lions Clubs International’s worldwide program to combat preventable blindness and become Lead Gift Donor. He was honored with Knights of Leadership Medal at 91st International Convention, at Bangkok for his contribution to LCIF. Family :- Married to Lion Gowri, a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow and is charter Member of the Lions Club of Bangalore Lady Bird. She is also a member of the Bangalore Stock Exchange Ltd. The charming couple is blessed with two children son Siddarth, who is pursuing an under graduate
degree in Engineering and daughter Sourya who is studying to be a Fashion Designer. Both the children are Leo members and Melvin Jones Fellows. Together the four of them make a very charming family.

He has graduated as a Trainer from Faculty Development Institute (FDI 08), a Leadership Division of Lions Clubs International, held at Colombo, during April 2008 He has attended 6 International Conventions and 5 ISAAME Forums.
He worked in the Election Committee during the 92nd International Convention held at Minneapolis in July 2009
