Hope that this circular will find you all in best of health & prosperity.Please accept my hearty congratulation and best wishes for lionistic year 2010-2011.
I hope that you must have enjoyed District cabinet meeting & District cabinet Installation ceremony. Myself & entire micro team had tried level best to make your stay comfortable. Thank you all for your overwhelming response for Districts cabinet installation & district cabinet meeting.
Month of July was full of different activities at district level & as well as Club level .I hope that installation ceremony of your club must have finished. You & your team now will be ready to do service activities.
District administration expect following activities from your clubs.
1-Please obtain date for district governor visit to your club . please plan this event very carefully.
2- Please send addressograph of your club to editor of Maharastra lion.
3-Pay your clubs yearly district dues before 31st August.
4- Pay your clubs half yearly international dues before 31st August.
5-Plan for publication of clubs bulletin.
6-Get audited accounts for year 2009-2010
7-Celebrate 15th august by planning related activities.
8-Plan for tree plantation/water harvesting projects.
9-Adopt school/ students under District governors programme.
10-Arrange immunization camps for baby girl child .
11-Attend leadership seminar arranged by district leadership chairman.Arranged on 8th & 22nd august.
12-Arrange different social activities as per need of your community
under District governors programme SYNERGY.
13-Take advantage of permanent projects of your neighboring club to enhance Image of your club.
14-SEND CLUBS MMR BY 28TH OF EACH MONTH.

Dear Lion Tripathiji,
Thanks and Congratulations for the first ever Cabinet Secretary’s Circular Published in the form of E-news letter on our district’s website. I am also personally thankful to you for your guidance about activities to all clubs.
So far 35 Clubs have submitted Activity reports through website. Some clubs have not submitted proof for their activities. We have to appeal them to send the proof by mail before 31st of this month.
